The Teixeira Duarte Group promoted, on November 8th, an event that brought together more than 320 employees from the Group’s companies in the Construction sector in Portugal, namely Teixeira Duarte – Engenharia e Construção, SOMAFEL and EPOS.

Under the motto “We Change United”, the program included the sharing of relevant content about the companies’ activities and some case studies, as well as a lecture by Prof. Jorge Sequeira, who brought to reflection several principles on team management and leadership.

The next edition of “Team Day” is scheduled for June 2025.
