Respecting the principles contained in international instruments relating to social responsibility has also been one of the company’s concerns.
With this in mind, the Company assumes its contribution towards improving the quality of life of all those who collaborate with it, striving to ensure that the demands in the field of social responsibility are extended to all stakeholders who interact with EPOS, in particular:
- In developing activities in foreign markets, it favors the contracting of companies and suppliers from these countries, contributing to local development;
- Establishing protocols with training and certification bodies aiming at the school and professional certification of its employees;
- Establishing and adhering to protocols with various entities providing medical, banking, telecommunications and other services, improving the conditions of access of its employees to these services.
The Code of Ethics and Conduct adopted by EPOS guides the action of the company and the way of acting of all its employees, encouraging their relationship with all stakeholders, and with society in general, to be guided by the principles that shape social responsibility.
